Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and handle discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide comprehensive training).
- Ability to work flexible nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to safety.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
