Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders with precision, ensuring items are correctly packed and labeled for shipment.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse floor, aisles, and workstations clean and organized to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum requirement for employment.
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume environment.
