Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping operations during night shifts.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock reconciliation using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
