Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, process, and organize stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Operational Support: Assist in loading and unloading shipments using industrial equipment (Forklift certification preferred but training provided).
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine inspections of products and packaging to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with team members and clients to resolve inquiries and facilitate efficient workflows.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
