Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts, picking, packing, and scanning of merchandise to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Shipment Processing: Load and unload trucks, ensuring all items are handled with care and documented correctly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times to maintain a secure environment.
- Shift Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace during the night shift hours.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and team members to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Night Shifts on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during long shifts.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and documentation tasks.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to pass a background check.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for reading safety labels and operational instructions.
