Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock rotation to ensure product freshness.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during the shift.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for candidates without experience.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy standards.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and willingness to communicate effectively with team members.
