Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with 99% accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Scan and track inventory using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
- Loading & Unloading: Load outbound trucks and unload inbound freight efficiently during night shifts.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk on concrete floors.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and attendance.
