Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality assurance goals.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during the shift changeovers.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use RF scanning technology.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (or specific weekend shifts).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
