Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care and support during weekend night shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations accurately
- Assist with patient mobility and daily living activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and HIPAA compliance
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergency situations
- Prepare and maintain patient care documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous healthcare or caregiving experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work Saturday and Sunday night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
