Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts in our state-of-the-art Chicago facilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient continuity of care
- Document clinical observations accurately using our advanced electronic health records system
- Administer treatments and medications according to established protocols and physician orders
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital safety standards
- Participate in weekend-specific patient education and discharge planning processes
- Contribute to weekend quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction surveys
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Assisting, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with weekend/holiday shift availability
- Current Illinois state licensure/certification (RN, CMA, EMT, etc.)
- BLS/CPR certification and ACLS preferred
- Exceptional time management and adaptability in fast-paced weekend environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations
- Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
