Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries and support tickets during night shifts and weekends with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records for all operations.
- Coordinate logistics and inventory checks for weekend batches.
- Respond to client emails and internal communications promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and/or night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or operations is preferred.
