Responsibilities
- Execute nightly inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Monitor security systems and respond to alerts during overnight shifts
- Process incoming shipments and prepare outbound orders with precision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Complete accurate documentation of shift activities and inventory counts
Qualifications
- Must be available Friday-Sunday nights (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
