Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and auditing inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing packages, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and workflow targets.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent support to internal and external stakeholders regarding order status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide full paid training for all new hires.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to the weekend schedule.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (flexible start times available).
