Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharge procedures during weekend night shifts
- Manage electronic health records with 99.8% accuracy
- Respond to emergency triage calls within 3-minute response time
- Supervise 3-5 support staff during peak weekend hours
- Prepare daily shift reports and handoff documentation
- Maintain HIPAA compliance for all patient interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare or customer service
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficient in Epic EHR systems
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
- Flexible availability Saturdays and Sundays, 10 PM - 6 AM
