Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities during weekend night shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Supervise clinical staff and manage workflow across departments during off-hours
- Respond to emergencies and critical incidents following established protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and specialists to address patient needs
- Conduct safety rounds and ensure facility security during overnight operations
- Train and mentor new staff members on weekend shift procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years experience in healthcare coordination or supervisory role
- Current Pennsylvania nursing license or relevant healthcare certification
- Strong decision-making abilities under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun 11PM-7AM)
- Proficiency in electronic health records systems
