Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight care operations for 8-12 client assignments per shift
- Perform safety checks and facility monitoring during overnight hours
- Respond to emergency protocols and client requests with calm professionalism
- Maintain detailed documentation using our digital care management system
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless care transitions
- Conduct wellness checks and medication administration as needed
- Resolve client concerns with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving or overnight operations
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and remain alert during overnight hours
- Proficient in using mobile technology for documentation
- Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills
- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts (Friday-Sunday, 10 PM - 6 AM)
