Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate care during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Assist with patient intake, vital monitoring, and basic clinical procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and nursing teams for urgent cases
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols
- Support patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance in assigned clinical areas
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in outpatient or hospital setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience preferred)
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend schedules
- Valid Pennsylvania state healthcare license
