Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex technical issues and troubleshoot client problems with patience and efficiency.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose solutions to improve service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
- Provide exceptional support to clients in the Washington D.C. area while working from Pennsylvania.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or logistics is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6 PM - 2 AM) and/or weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or office setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site meetings.
