Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor patient vitals and document medical records accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and medication administration
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain a safe and clean environment following OSHA standards
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and critical situations
- Participate in shift handovers and team briefings
Qualifications
- Current Indiana CNA or EMT certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience in a clinical setting
- Availability to work every weekend (Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Background check and drug screen clearance
