Responsibilities
- Delight patients with attentive bedside care during weekend night shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and medication administration
- Collaborate with night shift nurses and medical staff
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant healthcare environment
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Complete thorough shift handovers to day staff
Qualifications
- Current Texas CNA or HHA certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth location
