Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient scheduling and appointment logistics for weekend services
- Manage electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
- Assist with patient intake and preliminary assessments
- Facilitate seamless communication between clinical teams and patients
- Handle administrative tasks including billing verification and insurance processing
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions
- Support weekend triage under physician supervision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CMA or CNA preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare administration or clinical support experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Basic medical terminology knowledge required
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
