Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend night shifts (Saturday/Sunday 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications per physician orders
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless patient transitions
- Respond promptly to emergency situations using established protocols
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families during critical hours
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania RN/LPN/CNA license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Strong documentation skills with EHR proficiency
- Availability for consistent weekend night shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
