Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) on weekends
- Administer medications and treatments under physician supervision
- Monitor vital signs and document patient records accurately
- Assist with emergency response protocols during night coverage
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and nursing staff
- Maintain sterile exam environments and inventory management
- Support patient education for chronic condition management
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Proficient in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Strong communication skills in English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
