Responsibilities
- Delight patients with exceptional bedside care and support services
- Assist with patient mobility, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Uphold strict HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Support patient education and discharge planning processes
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in hospital or urgent care setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification from recognized provider
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends and holidays
- Proficient with EHR systems (Epic experience preferred)
- Valid Texas state healthcare license
