Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-10 staff members during weekend evening shifts
- Ensure venue compliance with safety protocols and liquor regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service escalations
- Manage cash operations and POS system reconciliation
- Coordinate opening/closing procedures for high-traffic venues
- Train new staff on operational standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- TABC certification or ability to obtain immediately
- Availability Friday-Sunday nights (7 PM - 3 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- 21+ years of age required
