Responsibilities
- Oversee 5-8 person night shift operations during weekend hours
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Coordinate staff scheduling and task delegation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues
- Conduct shift handovers with day/night teams
- Monitor inventory and supply chain logistics
- Submit daily performance reports to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- Availability for weekend nights (Fri-Sun 10 PM-6 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Basic inventory management knowledge
