Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate 10-15 team members during weekend night shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Optimize inventory management and operational workflows
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and efficiency
- Train new hires on equipment and procedures
- Generate performance reports and communicate with day shift
- Implement cost-control measures during peak hours
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability for all weekend nights (Sat-Sun, 10PM-6AM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Valid Texas driver's license (for site visits)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
