Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 staff members during weekend night shifts, ensuring operational excellence
- Coordinate patient care activities and maintain compliance with healthcare protocols
- Handle emergency situations with calm professionalism and decisive action
- Conduct thorough shift handovers and document all critical incidents
- Maintain inventory levels and equipment functionality across all departments
- Implement quality improvement initiatives during low-traffic periods
- Coach team members on best practices and performance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare or hospitality
- Valid Arizona state certification (CNA, EMT, or equivalent)
- Proven crisis management and de-escalation skills
- Availability for every weekend shift (Fri/Sat/Sun 11PM-7AM)
- Advanced knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
