Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities across multiple departments during weekend shifts
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers with precision
- Supplement nursing staff during peak weekend hours and emergencies
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Collaborate with on-call physicians to address urgent patient needs
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Train new weekend staff on department protocols
Qualifications
- Current Washington State Nursing License (RN/LPN)
- 2+ years acute care or hospital experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Available to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Proficient in Epic or similar EHR systems
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
