Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders in our climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using barcode scanning systems and digital reporting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless loading/unloading of shipments
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards across all workstations and common areas
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 PM - 2 AM or 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
