As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that our clients' products are handled with care and delivered on time. We offer a night differential for our night shift workers.
Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Load and Unload Freight: Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and handling.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before storage or shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and Weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and perform heavy physical labor.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is highly preferred.
- License: Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
