Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming inventory according to established protocols.
- Pack, label, and prepare goods for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Ensure the warehouse area remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends (Friday-Sunday).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (not required for all roles).
- Basic computer literacy is preferred.
