Responsibilities
- Delight patients with exceptional bedside care during overnight/weekend shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records and documentation
- Support nursing staff with medication administration and treatment protocols
Qualifications
- Active CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Availability to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and overnight shifts (7pm-7am)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of hire
- Flexibility to cover variable shifts during high-demand periods
