Responsibilities
- Execute warehouse operations including order fulfillment, inventory management, and quality control during night/weekend shifts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition between day and night operations
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and inventory counts using digital systems
- Respond proactively to operational challenges and escalate issues to shift supervisors
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization suggestions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in inventory management systems
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination and reporting
- Flexibility to work variable weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and overnight hours
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and digital documentation
