Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care during night/weekend shifts
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols

Qualifications
- Active NM RN license (or compact state license)
- 2+ years acute care experience (night shift preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
- Exceptional critical thinking and adaptability
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun shifts)
