Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitoring during night/weekend shifts
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and day-shift staff
- Respond to emergencies and critical incidents with calm professionalism
- Ensure facility safety and compliance with healthcare protocols
- Support patient education and family communication
Qualifications
- Active nursing license (RN/LPN) or EMT certification
- 1+ years experience in acute care or emergency settings
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Availability to work weekends and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun)
