Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Educate patients on health maintenance and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA or MA license required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- ACLS/BLS certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Flexibility to cover rotating holiday schedules
