Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client support during assigned night/weekend shifts
- Monitor and respond to critical alerts within 5-minute SLA
- Document all interactions and incidents using our proprietary system
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and security protocols
- Participate in monthly shift-specific training sessions
- Identify process improvements during low-traffic periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Flexible to cover holiday shifts as needed
