Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse activities during night/weekend shifts
- Manage inventory control and order fulfillment processes
- Supervise 3-5 team members with performance guidance
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
- Document daily operations and generate shift reports
- Communicate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years logistics/supervisory experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic computer literacy (WMS experience a plus)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability for flexible weekend/night schedules
