Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly and weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Coordinate team of 8-12 staff members during off-peak shifts with clear task delegation
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs promptly
- Generate shift reports detailing productivity metrics and operational issues
- Train new hires on company procedures and technology systems
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless transition of critical information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven ability to lead teams during overnight/weekend rotations
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training required
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in high-pressure environments
- Proficient in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
