Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 team members during weekend and overnight shifts
- Optimize warehouse workflows and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues appropriately
- Conduct shift handovers with detailed documentation
- Coach and develop staff through performance feedback
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- Proven ability to work flexible schedules (weekends/nights)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and inventory management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
