Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and manage inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Inspect and pack products with precision to prevent damage
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces and safety zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shift targets
- Complete daily paperwork and digital reporting accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail
