Responsibilities
- Oversee 5-8 person crews during peak night/weekend service windows
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards
- Manage inventory reconciliation and cash handling procedures
- Resolve customer escalations with service excellence
- Coordinate cross-functional handoffs with day-shift teams
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and incident reports
- Coach team members on performance and process optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in service/retail/hospitality
- Availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and overnight shifts (10pm-6am)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient with inventory management systems (e.g., Square, POS)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
