Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet weekend productivity targets
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and organization
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours
- Valid state driver's license (equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to Northwest Columbus location
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for Friday/Saturday/Sunday shifts
