Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shift deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and warehouse cleanliness guidelines
- Resolve minor logistical issues with supervisor guidance
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not mandatory
