Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations and inventory management
- Lead team of 3-5 associates during peak Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Process high-volume order fulfillment with accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Utilize inventory management software (RF scanners)
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Communicate with weekday supervisors for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability every Saturday and Sunday (6AM-2PM)
- Basic computer proficiency and WMS system knowledge
- Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly
