Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and sorting incoming shipments
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet shift productivity goals
Qualifications
- Available to work nights (11 PM - 7 AM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte facility
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
