Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and update warehouse management systems
- Uphold strict safety protocols and 5S standards in 24/7 operations
- Collaborate with overnight teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Support cycle counts and audits during low-traffic weekend hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone navigation skills
- Reliable transportation to 10 PM shifts in Fort Worth
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training)
