Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Update and maintain customer records in our CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and call handling procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual candidates in Spanish are highly preferred.
