Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency using our CRM software.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate information regarding services and policies.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in our database.
- Identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue for the company.
- Maintain a high level of call quality and adhere to all compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
